Traditional Indian tiffin box, or lunch box features everyday advice -"Eat," "Drink," "Live". In India, tiffin boxes are used to carry meals to school or work. In Mumbai, 200,000 tiffin boxes are collected from homes each day by "tiffin wallahs" who transport the boxes by bicycle and train to offices all over the city. The boxes are later picked up, cleaned and delivered back to the homes in time to pack the next day's meal.

This stainless steel tiffin box is a safe, ecological alternative to plastic containers or brown bags. Three stainless steel compartments with a lid; handle on top; double clasp closure. Features English writing on one side, Hindi on the other.

Noah's Ark International Exports is a fair trade handicraft marketing organization in Moradabad, India. Noah's Ark provides benefits such as education and medical treatment for artisans and their families. As artisan businesses become more self-sufficient, Noah's Ark takes on new families. Since the company's inception, about 20 artisan workshops have become independent. Noah's Ark started in 1986, in one room of a family house in Moradabad. Businessman Samuel Masih observed that exporters and middlemen were taking advantage of handicraft artisans. He started Noah's Ark to promote these artisans and their crafts.
