Peruvian retablo tradition brings you this wonderful little nativity. Handmade in ceramic, it fits inside the shell of a beautifully painted egg. Retablos, or image boxes, portraying scenes of faith and daily life, were originally brought to Peru from Spain. These retablos join this centuries-long art form. Decorative only.
